Phelps Mill Festival Canceled for 2020

The Phelps Mill Festival Board has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s event due to COVID-19.  The Board members felt it was in the best interest of the volunteers, artists, food vendors and fair goers to make this decision.   It would be impossible to create a safe area at the park to accommodate social distancing.  The decision needed to be made early to notify, not only those attending, but all our vendors and volunteers.  Plans are already underway for 2021 and we plan to make next year’ event even better!

Phelps Mill Festival is the largest event of its kind in the area.  The Festival features fine artist and crafters from around the USA, food served by area nonprofits, kids’ activities, and entertainment both days.  We look forward to seeing you July 10 & 11, 2021.

This activity is funded in part by a grant from the Lake Region Arts Council through a Minnesota State Legislative appropriation.

The Phelps Mill Festival is held every year on the 2nd weekend in July.  The area's  largest art and craft event of the summer.  Two full days of art, food, entertainment, & kids' activities fill the Phelps Mill County Park which provides a beautiful setting for this annual event.   We bring you high quality artists in a variety of work.  In addition to shopping,   we provide great entertainment appearing on the main stage and around the grounds.  Nonprofits provide a variety of ethnic and American foods throughout both days.
